Summary

Reflection from God's Word:

           This evening, "GUILTY!" reminds us that j ust as the Jews of the 1st century had an advantage over the Gentiles, (God's Word, the sign of the Covenant, etc.), so too do those raised in the Church. With greater advantage comes greater liability. For someone raised in the Church to remain in unbelief is to sin against greater light making his or her sin of unbelief more heinous than that of the pagan, (cf. Westminster Larger Catechism Q&A 151). Covenant children need to be evangelized.
